
Weekly Meditation Session
​Every Tuesday evening at 19.30 we have a meditation session that is designed to nourish body, mind, and heart. In a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a small group setting, you are guided with care and attention. You will leave this session more calm, grounded, and decompressed than when you arrived.
Are you ready to unwind? A pause from the chaos, this weekly meditation session is held every Tuesday evening from 19.30-20.45 hrs in The Hague. If you wish to join on another Tuesday, please register quickly.
However hectic or overwhelming your Tuesday was, one thing is for certain: you will leave this session more calm, grounded, and decompressed than when you arrived.
This session is designed to nourish body, mind, and heart. In a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a small group setting, you are guided with care and attention. Under the professional guidance of Gaula Shehadeh, different forms of mindfulness meditation are offered to support deep relaxation, such as a lying body scan, sitting, walking, or gentle movement meditation. To nourish the heart, a poem or short text is shared, followed by a brief reflection together.
The session may include breathing exercises, the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, and lavender eye pillows. Herbal tea is available throughout the evening. You do not need any experience with meditation. Curiosity is enough.
You leave with a calmer nervous system, a clearer mind, and often a surprisingly light body. Many people say they sleep better afterwards and feel more spacious the next day. You are welcome to join every Tuesday evening.

We start strictly at 19.30 hrs. You are welcome 5-15 minutes in advance. To care for not disturbing the group, arriving late means you cannot join (and no refund), unfortunately.​

Trainer
This session is guided by Gaula Shehadeh. With a 5-star (Google) review, Gaula is not your ordinary Mindfulness trainer. She is a VMBN-registered and CNVC-certified trainer who has many years of intensive meditation and retreat experience in the tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. She is often described as down-to-earth, wise, warm & gentle with a touch of humour.
