Over het evenement

An Invitation to Go Deeper

You have completed a mindfulness training and experienced firsthand how it can shift your perspective and lead to more relaxation and groundedness. You have learned to pause, observe your thoughts and emotions, and respond with greater choice. Moments of stillness have opened up space in your life, and stress has become something you can (at times) navigate with more awareness.

And yet, something in you is still curious. You sense there’s more to discover: more depth, more ease, more ways that mindfulness can shape not just moments, but the way you live. When life gets truly challenging, it’s still hard to stay present, and old patterns may creep back in.

In fact, mindfulness isn’t just something you learn once, it is a journey without end. It's something you practice until it shapes your new habits. This training is the next step on your journey: it is an opportunity to strengthen your foundation, cultivate self-compassion and resilience and connect with your inner compass so that mindfulness becomes an anchor, not just in peaceful moments, but in the middle of life’s uncertainty. It is going beyond coping with stress to rise to an intentional way of living.

You are looking to:

  • Find calm and clarity in the midst of life’s demands. Whether it's career, family, or the state of the world, you want to feel more grounded and present.

  • Let go of struggle and meet life with more ease. You are tired of fighting thoughts, emotions, and circumstances, and want a new way to relate to them.

  • Strengthen self-compassion and inner trust. You want to be kinder to yourself and listen more deeply to what truly matters.

  • Reconnect with meaning and direction. You are seeking a way to live with more intention, purpose, and alignment with your values.

  • Move beyond mindfulness as a practice and into mindfulness as a way of being. You have experienced its benefits and now want to integrate it fully into your life.

An 8-Week Journey

This 8-week program is not a repeat of MBSR (Mindfulness-Bases Stress Reduction). It is the next level. builds upon what you have already learned, offering new insights, practices, and a space to reconnect with yourself in a deeper way. This is an opportunity to bring mindfulness off the cushion and into the way you live, to anchor yourself in presence, and to strengthen the capacity to meet life as it is with openness, strength, and a steady heart. Because in these times of global uncertainty, the world calls upon you to take personal leadership, to stand rooted in yourself, and to meet change with clarity and resilience.
